Despatch of February 1844 on 20846 that fees

paid to officers for official acts should not be retained by

them for their personal benefit,

and that the Official Receiver in Bankruptcy should not be allowed any fees whatsoever. The Bankruptcy Ordinance of 1891 was amended in
